Eccleshall Reserves got taken over by Tom Lockett in April 2025 with hopes to strengthen both on and off the pitch, which has now resulted in the team being extremely close, no matter the circumstances.

Results have been picked up from all over. At the start of the season we were entered into four cups, The Staffordshire Senior Vase, The Leek Cup, The Presidents Trophy and The Macron Trophy. As things currently stand, we are now in two out of four cups, after narrowly missing out against Ball Haye Green in round three of the Staffordshire Senior Vase and we held FC Hanley to a 0-0 draw and unfortunately they knocked us out by one penalty after a very intense penalty shootout, in The Leek Cup. Despite these losses the lads have performed extremely well in both games, playing premier division sides, who all praised our lads for their performances and confidence over 90 minutes. That truly represents what Tom and his coaching staff are trying to achieve on a weekly basis. However in the Presidents Trophy we are into the quarter finals which is due to be played on 7th March 2026 against Ashbourne Reserves, away. Whilst we await our opponent of round four of the Macron Trophy. Our cup Results are as follows:

The league standings are currently as of the 24/02/2026, we are second place on 28 points after ten games with a number of games to go and four games in hand. We have scored 32 goals whilst only conceding 11. Winning nine and drawing one. Our top goal scorer being Zakk Duffy on 13 goals. Our league results look like this:
