Eccleshall U-15 midfielder Lailie Brock has been rewarded for her outstanding start to the season with a call-up to represent Staffordshire U-16s in their upcoming fixture against Yorkshire.

Lailie, who joined the club in the summer, has quickly settled into her new surroundings and made an immediate impact, scoring two goals in three appearances so far. Her tireless work rate and commitment have already established her as a key member of the squad.

U-15s manager, John Roberts, praised the achievement, saying: "Everyone at the club is so proud of Lailie being selected for Staffordshire. To be asked to play a year up shows how well she has done and what a good player she is".

Lailie's parents also shared their delight at the news: "This is great news for Lailie and we are so proud of her and how she has adapted to a new team and new surroundings. Joining Eccleshall in the summer has been a great move and we are looking forward to watching her continued development with a great team and a great club".
